By request! A whole week of packed lunches with shopping list and dinner suggestions that would create the left over ingredients for delicious 'instant' lunches

Menu

Monday: Homemade Hummus, Wholewheat Pittas, Green Mixed Salad, Olives
Tuesday: Brown rice Sushi, Japanese noodle Salad
Wednesday: Spicy Aduki Bean Pasties with Salad or Raita dip (Optional)
Thursday: Quinoa 'Tabouli', Bean Salad
Friday: Dahl 'pate', Pittas, Fresh 'Chutney' and Raita

Schedule
Saturday: Soak Chick Peas
Sunday:
Cook Chick Peas,
Make Hummus for Monday's lunch,
Cook Rice.
(Soak Aduki Beans for Tuesday's dinner - be sure to soak extra aduki beans for Wednesday's lunch.)
Fill Pitta's with Hummus and wrap/put in suitable container. Put Green Salad and Olives in Container for Monday's Lunch

(Why not cook extra of the above and have Chick Pea Curry with Rice for Sunday's dinner, with water sauted greens or steamed spinach on the side )

Monday: Make Sushi using left over brown rice from yesterday's dinner,
Make Japanese noodle salad for Tuesday's lunch
Slice Sushi and put in Container.
Add salad ingredients to left over noodles,
dress and put into container.
Put dipping sauce in small container
(Why not have with Aduki beans for dinner? Be sure to make extra aduki beans for Wednesday's lunch. - Aduki bean, barley and squash soup seasoned with miso is delicious and satisfying)

Tuesday: Make Aduki bean pasties for Wednesdays lunch using left over aduki beans from Tueday's dinner.
Soak Beans for Thursday Lunch - Black Eye Beans or Butter Beans are good!
(Be sure to soak some for Wednesday Dinner too)

Wednesday: 
Cook Quinoa and Beans for Thursday Lunch
(Why not have Spicy Bean Casserole with Quinoa and Water Sauteed Spring Greens for Dinner?)  

Make Quinoa Tabouli (using left over quinoa from dinner) for Thurs Lunch

Make Bean Salad (using left over beans from dinner)for Thurs Lunch


Thursday:
 Cook Dahl for tomorrow's lunch,
make Raita (Optional)
make Fresh Chutney.
(Why not have Dahl, Rice and Mushroom Curry with Raita (Optional) and Fresh Chutney for Dinner? Be sure to make extra for Friday's lunch).
Fill Pitta's with cold Dahl
put a portion of fresh chutney (and raita) in small containers
